Hey, hepcats, put on your zoot suits and come cut a rug with the swingin' Stardusters on Saturday night, Oct. 4. In addition to this righteous band, we got those groovy canaries, The Sisters of Swing, who will trill it out at the frolic pad known as the Sort Facility on the grounds of the Terre Haute International Airport.
The jive on the streets is that all those crazy re-enactors and Victory Days volunteers will be jitterbugging the night away, and you don't want to be the square who misses all the fun! The joint will be jumpin' with jive!
The Victory Days Hollywood-style canteen will open at 7 p.m. with a cash bar and food available for purchase. At 7:30, the Stardusters will begin playing the music that puts the Big into big band. Period dress is optional.
So guys, bring out that special Lulabell and come on over to our little clambake Canteen Dance, you dig?
